Registration Terms and Conditions

• All Registration must be completed on the official website.
• Participants are strongly encouraged to register before the early bird to take advantage of the discounted registration fees.
• All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€)
• Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.

Payment will be available by Credit card and Bank Transfer

• Credit cards are accepted and can be made through the online services on a secured server.

Bank transfer

• Bank charges must be paid by the participants in addition to the registration fees. Please make sure to indicate the Congress name plus the full participant’s name.
• Invoices with an address in the European Union should be provided with a VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number can only be set up during the registration process.
• Enter the desired billing address – you can either use your main contact information or use an alternative address (e.g., if your institution is funding your registration).

Proof of Enrollment for Students

• Students must be PhD candidates at the time of registration. Please verify by uploading during online registration a scanned copy of your valid student ID card or an official certificate from your Academic Institution.
• Research Assistants & Trainees should verify by uploading during online registration an official certificate from your Institution.
• The document must be added to your online registration form after you select the student fee category.
• Once your registration process is completed, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming that your registration process was successfully completed.

Admission badges

• Participants will receive their badges onsite at the registration desk.
• The meeting badge should be always worn by all participants during the meeting to ensure access to the relevant areas. This includes the scientific sessions, the coffee-breaks and lunches, the exhibit area, and other areas of the meeting venue as well as the social activities.
• Only participants wearing their meeting badge will be admitted to the scientific sessions, to the exhibition and to the social events and catering.

Mobile Phones

• All participants are asked to switch mobile phones off or put them to "silent mode" during the scientific sessions.

Dress code

• The dress code for the conference, including the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner is informal.

Certificate of Participation

• Certificates of participation are sent via e-mail to all participants.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

• Request for cancellation of the registration should be made to the secretariat via email at lurdes.catalino@abreu.pt
• Please quote your transaction number (ID). Transaction number (ID) will be allocated during the reservation process.

Refund Policy

The amount returned to the Participant depends on the date of cancellation and is reduced by the costs incurred by the Organiser:

• Cancellations received before 6 June 2027 will be eligible for a refund, subject to a EUR 50 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after 6 June 2027.

Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.

Privacy Policy

• Any personal data inserted in the registration form will be of sole use to the ICP 2027

Cancellation of the Meeting

• The ICP 2027 reserves the right to cancel the meeting, shift venue, or change dates without notice, in case of "force majeure". Neither ICP nor the PCO shall be liable for any damage claims (including without limitation, war, strikes, floods, governmental restrictions, power, telecommunications or internet failures, or malicious damage).

Liability Waiver

The safety and well-being of our attendees is our top priority. The ICP 2027 Meeting organizers are committed to providing a safe environment for the event and will make every reasonable effort to do so.

However, as an attendee, participants are strongly advised to arrange their own travel, health, and cancellation insurance in the unfortunate case of having to cancel the meeting participation and/or travel and/or hotel accommodation because of illness or other (personal) circumstances. Neither ICP 2027, , the board meeting nor the Local Organizing Committee or any of their officers, agents, employees, or representatives assume any liability whatsoever.
